Happy Friday!  No really, if you skip ahead to the trail talk... you'll be happy.

A Word From Our Sponsors

But seriously, we say this every time, but we really mean it, without our sponsors, we wouldn't have a race.  If you can, be sure to stop in to these places and let them know what their support of Woolly means to you.

One of our founding sponsors and they have partnered with us since the very first Woolly Race.  They are a full-service bank with branches all over the Midwest.  Checking, saving, mortgages, etc... if you need it, they have it.  You will receive unmatched customer service and you will be supporting a bank that works hard to make every community that they are in a better place to live.

As an Edward Jones financial advisor, I believe it’s important to invest my time to understand what you’re working toward before you invest your money. It's also important to understand the level of risk you're comfortable accepting when investing so we can balance it with the steps necessary to reach your long-term goals.

Whether you're planning for retirement, saving for college for children or grandchildren, or just trying to protect the financial future of the ones you care for the most, we can work together to develop specific strategies to help you achieve your goals. We can also monitor your progress to help make sure you stay on track or determine if any adjustments need to be made. Throughout it all, we're dedicated to providing you top-notch client service.

But we're not alone. Thousands of people and advanced technology support our office so we can help ensure you receive the most current and comprehensive guidance. In addition, we welcome the opportunity to work with your attorney, accountant and other trusted professionals to deliver a comprehensive strategy that leverages everyone's expertise. Working together, we can help you develop a complete, tailored strategy to help you achieve your financial goals.

Trail Update

So you remember yesterday how I said maybe we would open for the weekend?  Good news!  After another trail inspection last night and taping off the trails that are going to be too wet for quite some time, the majority of the trails are OPEN!

Get your dirt fix quick.  We are really hoping that the gross weather stays south and next week stays dry, but for the moment its good.  You out riding will actually help the trails.  Smooth out some of those frost heaves and bumps.

Here is a race course map with the closed section indicated.  Just follow the arrows up the paved Interlink trail to where you can get back on the trail.

Do You Get Hungry Riding Bikes?

I know I do.  Good thing we will have two food trucks at the race.

St. Croix Valley favorite Sir Smoke-A-Lot will be digging the trailer out and bringing it over for us.  They've got a permanent place up on Hwy 8 now, but you won't have to go that far.

We've also got Yummy Food To Eat coming back again this year.  Gyros and Fallafels for a nice change of pace.

Remember, we will be on school property, so no alcohol on the premises.  But you can take a quick trip two blocks over to Woolly Sponsor Trap Rock Brewing to enjoy some beverages there.
